We’re small, and that’s the job.
We build and run the systems inside real companies. Warehouses, distributors, wholesalers. Inventory that matches the floor. Orders that move the count. Paperwork that happens without anybody chasing it.
That means the work is real on day one. There’s no eight-week onboarding and there’s nobody to hide behind. You’ll talk to the people who use what you built, and you’ll hear about it when it breaks.

Roles we’re filling
Systems builder
Building the operations and inventory systems that go inside client businesses. Counts, orders, receiving, scheduling, billing, follow-up. You should be comfortable building things that other people depend on, and comfortable being told when it's wrong.
Automation and AI builder
Taking a task somebody does by hand every day and turning it into something that runs on its own. A lot of this is figuring out what the task actually is before any of it gets built.
Install and support
Getting a system into a real business and keeping it running. Training the people who'll use it, being the person they call. Entry-level friendly. This is where you learn the whole business.

- We’d rather watch you build than read about it.
- If you’ve been to a Build Night, we’ve probably already seen how you work. That counts for more than a resume.
- Most people start with a small paid test build.
- Real scope, real deadline, real money. It tells us more than an interview, and it tells you whether you actually want to do this.
We don’t do unpaid work.
Not trials, not take-homes, not “show us what you’d do.” If we’re asking for your time, we’re paying for it.
